Mark has 22 years experience within the UK public and commercial sectors. His experience gives a breadth to his understanding of the disciplines required in delivering and plan programmes and projects .
	Keynote 4: Value of PMO in complex project environment Zhimin Chen MBA、PRINCE2 & P3O Approved Trainer Contributes to Chinese translation and review of PRINCE 2 and P3O manual. He is now the Assistant President and Business Architect of PMO of Deutsche Bank. He has about 20 years working experiences in Finance and IT project management

He has more than ten years’ experience in project management. He has been the technical supervisor and senior Project Manager in the world top 500 Enterprises such as Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia.
	Keynote 10: Principle of Ericsson Project Management- simple but not easy Chanchan Chen Ex-Senior Project Manager of Ericsson (China) Telecom Company Ltd.(CBC) Achieved Ericsson’s Awards for “Excellent Management” and “Best Quality” Chanchan has more than ten years project management experience, working as Senior Project Manager at Ericsson, Siemens and Huawei, the world’s top 500 telecom companies, for seven years.
